Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead delivery of a major AMP8 water programme across the United Utilities region, overseeing projects from design and construction through commissioning and handover. Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering water and wastewater projects for a contractor.
• Strong leadership of complex programmes with a focus on safety and quality.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, cost, schedule and commercial risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, high-quality delivery of water and wastewater projects across the AMP8 programme.
• Manage programme performance across cost, schedule, margin, cash flow and commercial objectives.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory, environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with United Utilities, design organisations and other stakeholders.
• Drive programme growth and support future framework opportunities.
• Lead, support and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary delivery team.
• Manage key supply chain partners and promote effective contractual and commercial performance.
• Champion innovation and modern methods of construction to improve delivery processes.
