Avove Utilities in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Manager to oversee on-site activities for the AMP8 Clean Water framework. Based in Brighouse, you will lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will work with clients, suppliers and authorities to maintain high standards of productivity and compliance. The role requires a full driving licence and proven experience in utilities, construction or civil engineering, with solid

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities, construction or civil engineering sector with knowledge of NRSWA and compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to manage multiple teams and priorities.
• Experience managing clean water projects is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily site operations by supervising teams and subcontractors to deliver work safely and to programme.
• Maintain strong communication through regular site visits, briefings and updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, compliance and customer satisfaction via inspections, sign-offs and proactive engagement.
• Uphold health and safety standards by enforcing protocols, carrying out risk assessments, and addressing hazards promptly.
• Provide daily progress reports to management and escalate delays or issues impacting permit compliance.
