Job summary

Bremont Watch Company is seeking a skilled watchmaker to join our Service Atelier in Henley-on-Thames. You will service, repair and maintain luxury timepieces to Bremont specifications with a team of specialists.

Bring 3+ years bench experience and a WOSTEP or equivalent diploma. You will handle hand-wound, simple automatics, and chronographs, ensuring quality with meticulous documentation and proactive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: WOSTEP or similar diploma in watchmaking.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years bench experience.
• Proven experience working on luxury timepieces.
• Strong understanding of horological principles and techniques.
• A passion for luxury watches and craftsmanship.
• Self-motivated.
• Dexterity, meticulous attention to detail and exemplary organisational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on timepieces to Bremont specifications.
• Use state-of-the-art tools and equipment in our fully equipped workshop.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets Bremont standards.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all services performed.
• Provide expert repair advice to our operation team regarding repairs of timepieces.
• Work independently and as part of a team with problem solving techniques.
• Remain calm and focussed under pressure; work to tight deadlines.
• Able to work on own initiative and to proactively contribute without guidance.
• Provide quick repairs (bracelet/strap services) and partial repairs as needed.
• Complete service for hand-wound mechanicals, simple automatics, and chronographs.
