Join us in making a positive impact on the environment and our communities, while being valued and supported in a truly inclusive workplace.

Working closely with operational teams and stakeholders across the business, you'll turn data into insight, shape how we work and find new opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs and deliver a better service for our customers and the environment.

If you enjoy solving problems, using data to make decisions and continuously looking for better ways of working, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

  • Use data, incident learning and operational insight to identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities for earlier intervention across wastewater assets.
  • Own team performance reporting and benefits tracking, providing valuable insights that demonstrate the impact of proactive activity and support regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with operational teams, planning teams, regulators and stakeholders across the business to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and prioritise proactive work activity, ensuring resources are deployed effectively and the team's workload is managed efficiently.
  • Support and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge, developing capability within the team and providing leadership cover when required.
  • Work closely with innovation and improvement teams to explore new technologies, processes and ways of working that help deliver better outcomes for customers and the environment.

  • Strong knowledge of wastewater assets, operations and the challenges involved in maintaining network and treatment site performance.
  • Experience using telemetry systems, operational data and analytical thinking to investigate issues and identify solutions.

  • A passion for coaching, training and developing others, with previous experience supporting or leading a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to different audiences.
