Job summary

Aramex is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimise warehouse operations across CEP and Freight Forwarding. You will drive efficiency, KPI achievement, and customer satisfaction while leading a team at Aramex London Heathrow, ensuring end-to-end logistics excellence.

The role requires 5–7 years in warehouse operations, strong leadership and English fluency, and a track record of improving performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Freight experience.
• 5-7 years experience of managing warehouse operations.
• Line management and performance management experience.
• Fluent English.
• Proven track record of optimizing operations and achieving KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong organisational and decision making abilities.
• Customer focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Optimize routing and network planning to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations management team to achieve operational excellence.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and retain top talent for warehouse roles.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Implement quality control processes and address operational issues promptly.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to service quality, operational efficiency, and customer feedback.
• Ensure operations adhere to industry regulations, health and safety standards, customs requirements & security standards.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
