Job summary

Owen Daniels is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager to own inbound and outbound operations at a high-volume manufacturing site.

You will set up layouts, processes and systems to support a major new production project, drive inventory accuracy and space utilisation, and lead cost and waste reductions. The role emphasizes HSE, 5S, and compliant operations while engaging key customers on-site at Minworth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a warehouse in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing high-volume warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems to manage inventory and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of inbound and outbound warehouse operations across the site.
• Set up and implement warehouse layouts, processes and systems for a new production operation.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, space utilisation, team performance, cost reduction and waste reduction.
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, 5S, compliance and process discipline across the warehouse.
• Manage customer-facing logistics and communicate with key customers.
