Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading a senior warehouse team.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and warehouse software.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of inbound and outbound warehouse operations across the site.
- Set up and implement warehouse layouts, processes and systems to support a new high-volume production operation.
- Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, space utilisation, team performance, cost reduction and waste reduction.
- Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, 5S, compliance and process discipline across the warehouse.
- Manage customer-facing logistics, including regular communication with key customers.
