Rexel UK in Swansea is seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our Swansea Hub operations. You will oversee a small team of 6 operatives & drivers, ensure efficient warehouse processes, and drive on-time dispatch of orders.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to supervise and motivate warehouse staff effectively.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards, including forklift operations and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team and drive a positive, productive work environment.
