Job summary

MP Recruitment is seeking a Senior Warehouse Assistant for a permanent role in Wantage, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, support stock management, and ensure efficient goods flow in a busy IT & Telecoms sector environment.

The role requires proven warehouse leadership, strong organisational and communication skills, and experience with stock controls, inventory checks and safety standards. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or senior warehouse roles.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication to coordinate with team and other departments.
• Understanding ISO9001, Health & Safety requirements.
• Proficiency with warehouse equipment, including forklifts if applicable.
• Ability to manage stock levels, inventory checks, and order fulfilment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Problem-solving and ability to work independently or in a team.
