North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Nurse with managerial and clinical leadership to assess care needs, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and provide expert guidance to the ward team.

The role requires collaborating with the MDT, maintaining 24-hour care standards, ensuring evidence-based practice, and contributing to audits. We welcome flexible working arrangements and value diversity, with opportunities for both full and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Evidence of Scope of professional Practice.
• Essential criteria: Ability to provide managerial and clinical leadership.
• Essential criteria: 1st Level Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN)

Responsabilités

• Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate individual care plans.
• Provide specialist advice to staff and act as a role model.
• Set, maintain and evaluate standards of care across the 24-hour period.
• Liaise with multi-disciplinary team and outside agencies in patient care.
• Ensure that care activities are research-based and reflect changes in the field.
• Initiate and participate in departmental audits.
