Job summary

Cygnet seeks a Senior Night Support Worker to join our team at Hawkstone in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will work full-time 42 hours a week on night shifts, including alternate weekends, on a two-week rolling rota.

The role focuses on delivering enhanced, person-centred care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs. £14.23 per hour with opportunities for overtime, DBS check required, and access to wellbeing perks and staff development.

• Support management in the day-to-day running of the service.
• Undertake supervisory & administrative responsibilities.

We are looking for a confident Senior Night Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), Nights only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Hawkstone. Hawkstone is a specialist residential service in Bradford, West Yorkshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
