Job summary

CYGNET is recruiting a Senior Night Support Worker for Hawkstone in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This full-time night role involves a 12-hour shift pattern, 42 hours weekly, with alternate weekends on a two-week rolling rota.

You will deliver enhanced care to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a person-centred setting. You’ll work nights with a focus on safety, dignity, and independence, while supporting the day-to-day running of the service and driving leadership across
