Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in change management or operations, preferably with OTC derivatives.
• Deep expertise in OTC Derivatives theory and its practical application across asset classes.
• Deep expertise in ETF theory and operational flow and controls.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for OTC/ETF derivatives operating model.
• Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle and risk management across the department.
• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and drive automation initiatives.
