Job summary

Citi London seeks an experienced OTC and ETF Operational Change Manager to lead a dedicated Change team, shaping strategy and ensuring delivery of complex post-trade projects. You will influence senior stakeholders, oversee governance, and drive end-to-end change across processes and technology.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in managing large-scale transformation in derivatives and ETF contexts, with a hybrid work pattern in London.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Change Management or senior operations roles with OTC derivatives and ETFs.
• Deep knowledge of OTC Derivatives and ETF theory across multiple asset classes.
• Strong track record in leading managers and large-scale organisational change.
• Excellent client relationship management, including interactions with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the OTC/ETF Operational Change function.
• Oversee process analysis and design solutions for client/operational needs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technology partners to align infrastructure with strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing department; manage talent strategy and succession planning.
• Represent the department in governance forums and client reviews.
• Own risk and control framework; drive governance and remediation strategies.
• Partner with Technology and Product leadership to prioritise the technology investment roadmap.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Sales, Product, and Coverage teams.
• Sponsor cross-functional transformation programmes; ensure delivery on time, cost, and quality.
