Job summary

Citibank London seeks a Senior Vice President for Complex Assets to own enterprise strategy, performance, and client relationships in post-trade services and fund accounting. You will drive strategic growth, lead a global team, and partner with CTO-level leaders on technology-enabled transformation.

You will operate at the executive table, shaping the operating model for regulatory changes, market dynamics, and client demands, while delivering sustainable value for Citi’s Complex Assets

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in OTC derivatives and securities services at senior leadership level.
• Proven track record managing a complex, global financial services business.
• Deep expertise across OTC derivatives asset classes with the ability to provide strategic guidance at executive level.
• Proven ability to sponsor and deliver large-scale transformation programmes including technology-led change.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation experience at enterprise level.
• Outstanding executive communication, influencing and negotiation skills at Board level.
• Active involvement in relevant trade bodies, industry forums, or regulatory groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the multi-year strategic vision for the Complex Assets franchise.
• Executive governance: manage relationships with senior stakeholders and client forums.
• Organisational leadership: lead a large, dispersed organisation and develop talent through succession planning.
• Global client franchise ownership: oversee client strategy from acquisition through lifecycle management.
• Technology & digital transformation: set the technology vision and fund a multi-year transformation agenda.
• Cross-business collaboration: align with firm-wide strategy and resolve cross-functional issues.
