Job summary

Citi London is seeking a senior leader to drive liquidity optimization and pricing strategy across the Services deposit franchise. You will partner with Treasury, Risk, and Sales to maximize balance sheet performance while navigating regulatory requirements.

You will own analytics enhancements, lead cross-functional programs, and deliver executive-level insights through robust data and modelling. A hybrid work model and strong compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across global clusters.
• Strong grasp of liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR) and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with pricing governance and capital/ liquidity optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquidity optimization initiatives across the Services deposit franchise.
• Provide executive-level pricing advisory for strategic relationships.
• Shape regulatory liquidity models and governance in collaboration with GLRM and Treasury.
• Oversee analytics infrastructure enhancement and data quality for decision making.
• Manage end-to-end analytics projects from data acquisition to delivery.
• Develop and track new metrics to drive revenue and liquidity outcomes.
• Lead global training for balance sheet leads, product managers, and sales teams.
