Job summary

Network IT is seeking a Senior VMware/Infrastructure Engineer for a 6-month contract in Buckinghamshire. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days on-site and SC clearance eligibility. You will work on BAU operations and project deliverables, supporting existing services and building new ones with a focus on VMware, NSX, and cloud migration.

The candidate should hold VCP-DCV and ideally VCAP/NSX certs, and be comfortable with ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, VCF, and VMware Aria in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing VMware infrastructure and related services.
• Familiarity with migrating to public cloud.
• SC Clearance eligibility required.
• Hybrid working arrangement with on-site days in Buckinghamshire.

Responsibilities

• Support BAU activities and project deliverables across tiered platforms.
• Assist in building and migrating new services.

Senior VMware / Infrastructure Engineer

6 months initially

£550 - £600 per day inside IR35

Hybrid - 3 days in Buckinghamshire

You must be eligible for SC Clearance

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be tasked with working on various tiered platforms and services to support BAU and Project deliverables.
