Job summary

Network IT is seeking a Senior VMware / Infrastructure Engineer for a six-month contract. The role is hybrid, with three days onsite in Buckinghamshire. Daily rate £550–£600 inside IR35, and you must be eligible for SC Clearance to operate in sensitive environments.

You will support BAU and project deliverables across tiered platforms, assist migrations to the Public Cloud, and work with ESXi, vCenter, NSX, vSAN, VCF, and VMware Aria to ensure robust and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting VMware environments.
• Familiar with migrating to the Public Cloud.
• Capable of working in hybrid onsite/offsite settings.

Responsibilities

• Support BAU and project deliverables across VMware platforms.
• Assist migrations and integrations to Public Cloud.
• Maintain and build new services as required.
