Job summary

TXP in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with a strong VMware focus to join a high-performing team supporting critical enterprise platforms. The role combines BAU operations with project work, including cloud migration and modernisation programmes, in a hybrid environment requiring three on-site days per week.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on VMware ESXi, vCenter and NSX experience.

• 4. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain VMware-based virtualisation platforms.
• Deliver infrastructure improvements and project-based work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues.
• Implement and configure new virtualization services.
• Work closely with wider infrastructure and operational teams.
• Contribute to service optimisation, resilience and performance improvements.
• Provide technical knowledge transfer and documentation where required.
