Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Senior VMware Cloud Foundation Consultant / Solutions Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale hybrid cloud and SDDC solutions across EMEA. The role blends architecture, delivery, and client advisory.

You will lead transformation programmes, remain hands-on with the technology, and influence how clients modernise their data centers and cloud platforms. A strong track record with VMware stack and end-to-end implementation is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on VMware Cloud Foundation experience across compute, storage, and networking.
• Ability to design end-to-end SDDC architectures and roadmaps.
• Experience running assessments, designs, and implementation plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end VMware Cloud Foundation solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead assessments, designs, and implementation plans; deliver operational guides.
• Lead complex transformation projects including automation and cloud integration.
• Provide pre-sales support and mentor colleagues in VMware capabilities.
