Job summary
Curo Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Principal Consultant specializing in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) for a UK-wide hybrid role with customer site travel. You will lead workshops, design private cloud architectures and guide delivery teams through implementations.
The role demands strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving with senior technical stakeholders. You will shape architectural decisions, mentor peers and contribute to the development of private cloud propositions
Qualifications
- VCP-VCF9 certification or willingness to complete immediately
- Ability to lead customer-facing design conversations with confidence
- Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation in private cloud environments
- Experience with NSX and/or Aria Operations
- Experience in regulated environments (Government, Defence, Financial Services)
Responsibilities
- Lead design workshops and architecture discussions with customers
- Develop VMware VCF private cloud solution designs and supporting documentation
- Support and guide delivery teams through build and integration phases
- Advise on platform strategy, migration and deployment approaches
- Mentor team members and contribute to practice capability development
- Feed into continuous improvement of private cloud propositions
