Job summary

Experis IT in Derby is seeking a Senior VMware Cloud Foundation Engineer with active SC clearance for a long-term, secure infrastructure programme. The role is predominantly onsite across Derby-based sites, with two engineers needed across late Oct and late Nov, through December 2027.

You will design, build and deliver a large-scale VMware Cloud Foundation environment, working closely with architects and engineers to ensure smooth transition from design to delivery, and to optimise VMware

Qualifications

• Strong demonstrable experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
• Experience with NSX, vSAN and automation is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in secure, high-security environments and across design/delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver a large-scale VMware Cloud Foundation environment.
• Support transition from design into engineering delivery.
• Deploy, configure and optimise VCF environments across secure sites.
