Job summary

ME+EM is seeking a VM Manager to lead VM implementation across multi-site locations in the UK and ROW. You will oversee guidelines, ensuring brand styling is reflected in outfits and windows, while coordinating projects, seasonal activations, pop-ups and events.

The role requires collaboration with the Head of Visual and travel to regional stores. The ideal candidate has senior VM experience in luxury fashion, strong styling skills, and the ability to drive in-store experiences that align with

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial VM role within women's luxury fashion (multi-site preferred).
• Strong VM styling and window styling experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel across UK and ROW.

Responsibilities

• Create VM guidelines for each product drop across UK/ROW with Head of Visual.
• Attend monthly/bi-monthly ranging meetings to determine store ranges.
• Set up monthly Head Office Concept Store mockups per range plan.
• Lead monthly VM floor refreshes with Assistant VM support.
• Attend weekly retail feedback meetings to act on trends and footfall.
• Lead creative styling of head-to-toe looks for mannequins and front facers.
