IB Talent Search, incorporated, London-based retailer seeks a Head of Visual Merchandising to lead strategy across Europe and drive in-store excellence.

You will manage a small VM team, collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising, and translate brand guidelines into compelling product presentation across stores and pop-ups. The role requires strong leadership and a track record in high-impact visual campaigns.

Qualifications

• Significant visual merchandising experience in multi-site retail (head of VM or senior/ regional VM).
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver VM strategies across locations or markets.
• Strong understanding of store layouts, customer flow and commercial retail performance.
• Experience managing budgets, projects and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Creative yet commercially focused mindset translating strategy into in-store execution.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement seasonal and long-term VM strategies aligned with brand identity and commercial objectives.
• Lead store layouts, product presentation, window displays and promotional installations.
• Oversee VM for new store openings, refurbishments, shop-in-shop concepts and pop-ups.
• Ensure consistent VM standards across European markets, adapting global guidelines to local needs.
• Manage and coach two regional VMers and one VM coordinator.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising and Retail Operations to support launches and campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, footfall and conversion to improve layouts and performance.
• Manage VM budgets, fixtures, signage, graphics and project delivery.
• Drive best practice and continuous improvement across the store network.
