Urban Outfitters Europe is seeking a proactive Visual Merchandiser to lead in-store display execution, aligning with head office creative guidance. You will partner with the display coordinator to deliver dynamic seasonal layouts that elevate customer experience and drive sales across the district.

You will mentor store teams on merchandising standards, plan shipments, and ensure timely completion of concepts, while maintaining strong communication with Head Office and district colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through visual presentations and strong business acumen.
• Understanding of fashion trends and retail aesthetics.
• Ability to communicate concepts clearly to store teams.
• Experience coordinating with head office and district teams.

Responsabilités

• Interpret fashion trends to deliver market-specific VM solutions.
• Lead and collaborate with store manager and display coordinators for timely project execution.
• Manage seasonal display concepts with effective planning and mapping.
• Communicate seasonal set-ups through photo layouts each quarter.
• Implement VM initiatives and window schemes to high standard.
• Coach teams on merchandising placement and promotion execution.
