We’re looking for a Senior Visitor Experience Officer to lead the development of our visitor offer at Coalbrookdale, ensuring it continues to evolve and meet the changing expectations of today’s audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of one of the Nation’s most significant heritage sites and play a key role as Ironbridge moves into an exciting new chapter under the care of the National Trust.
Salary:£28,992.60 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours/ working pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. You’ll be required to work regular weekends.
Alongside your role at Coalbrookdale, you’ll support visitor experience delivery across the wider Ironbridge Gorge portfolio, including the vibrant and fast-paced Blists Hill Victorian Town.
