Job summary

Manchester City Football Club is seeking a permanent Visitor Attractions Resource Manager based at the Manchester City Stadium. You will own the workforce planning model that links visitor demand, operating schedules and seasonal requirements with practical staffing plans.

You will manage rotas and scheduling systems, create daily and forward‑looking staffing plans, monitor labour deployment and support the payroll and budgeting processes across the Visitor Attractions portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning and staff scheduling within an operational environment.
• Experience with payroll processes and budgeting across a team or department.
• Strong numerical, analytical and Excel-based reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the workforce planning model linking visitor demand with operating schedules and seasonal needs.
• Manage rotas, scheduling systems and forward-looking staffing plans; monitor labour deployment.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activity and support staffing budget processes across Visitor Attractions.
• Collaborate with Attractions Operations, Bookings, People Services, Payroll and Finance on recruitment planning and onboarding.
