Agratas – A Tata Enterprise in Bridgwater, Somerset is seeking a senior Vision Systems Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of advanced machine-vision solutions for automated inspection and quality control in battery manufacturing. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of machine vision concepts including cameras, lighting, optics and image processing tools.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ for vision applications; familiarity with ML libraries.
• Experience integrating vision systems into automated manufacturing environments, preferably in battery or electronics sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and maintain vision systems for automated inspection, measurement and quality control in battery production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable vision solutions in manufacturing lines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize vision workflows to improve throughput and defect detection accuracy.
