Job summary

Agratas Energy Storage Solutions is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead engineering, manufacturing and business change across the organisation. You will own the change process from initiation to implementation, coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, PMO and Operations to minimise risk while enabling product development and industrialisation.

You will develop governance frameworks, dashboards and digital tools, and coach stakeholders on best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, battery or other complex industrial environments.
• Experience managing engineering, product, process or NPI changes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cross-functional project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to assess technical information and coordinate implementation across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate engineering, manufacturing and operational change requests from initiation through to implementation.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on quality, cost, delivery, manufacturing and supply chain activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure changes are reviewed, approved and implemented effectively.
• Facilitate change review boards and stakeholder meetings to drive timely decision-making and resolution of issues.
• Support product development, industrialisation, NPI and manufacturing ramp-up activities through effective change management.
• Develop and continuously improve change management processes, tools and governance frameworks.
• Monitor change performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility and delivery.
• Create dashboards, reports and data-driven insights to support management decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of digital tools and systems used to manage engineering and manufacturing changes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to business stakeholders on change management best practices.

What you'll do…

As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and driving engineering, manufacturing and business change across our growing organisation.

Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, PMO and Operations teams, you will ensure changes are assessed, governed, planned and implemented effectively. You will own the change process from initiation through to implementation, helping to minimise risk while supporting product development, industrialisation and manufacturing operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to broaden their exposure across multiple functions and play a key role in supporting large-scale manufacturing programmes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

What you'll bring…

• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, automotive, battery, aerospace or other complex industrial environments.
• Experience managing engineering changes, product changes, process changes, NPI activities or configuration management processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cross-functional project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to assess technical information and coordinate implementation activities across multiple teams.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop meaningful insights.
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Business Management or a related discipline.
