Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Senior Virtual Event Consultant in the UK to lead end-to-end webinars and virtual events for enterprise customers. You will advise clients, configure ON24-based experiences, and coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure success.

You’ll bring strong project management, SaaS and customer-success experience, plus excellent communication, allowing you to drive adoption and deliver high-impact events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in virtual event management and SaaS customer success.
Experience managing customer projects end-to-end.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
French language to business level - verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary advisor for assigned customer programs, guiding webinars and events.
Manage end-to-end delivery of webinars and digital experiences.
Configure events with branding, registration pages, and reporting.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, Product and other teams.
Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and integrations.
Mentor Virtual Event Consultants and new team members.
