Cvent is seeking a Senior Virtual Event Consultant to guide customers through planning, execution and optimization of webinars and virtual events. You will configure ON24 events, manage logistics, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance, strong client relationships, and leadership of a delivery team, with fluency in English and business-level French. A full-time position based in the UK is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing virtual events for enterprise customers.
• Ability to guide customers through planning, execution, and optimization of webinars.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with SaaS customer success or implementation consulting.
• Fluent business-level French is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for customer programs, guiding planning and execution of webinars and virtual events.
• Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through exceptional service and strategic guidance.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of customer webinars, virtual events, and digital experiences.
• Coordinate event logistics with customers and internal teams; track status and deliverables.
• Mentor and support Virtual Event Consultants and drive delivery improvements.
