About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our in-house Creative Agency post team, with responsibility for beauty tutorials. An integral creative role, you'll work across and oversee a variety of content, hit key milestones and deadlines, and ensure high quality in every output.

You will be a highly confident, creative, problem solver with a ‘can-do' attitude. Taking ownership of your work from concept to completion with a passion for the beauty and fashion world.

You'll have an expert knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, NAS systems and workflows and ensure consistency throughout production to create video content to a high standard.

As a Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer you will

• Edit both short & long form beauty tutorials to a highly creative and technical standard to create engaging video assets using Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Interpret briefs creatively and respond pro-actively to feedback
• Export, conform and adapt files to various delivery specifications.
• Extremely organised mind with strong project management skills
• Strong knowledge of social media formats and best practice, specifically YouTube
• Mix audio, apply basic colour correction, liaise with other members of the team and comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Work quickly to schedules and deadlines
• Be involved in creative ideation, concept development and working with key stakeholders

Who You Will Work With

Reporting into the Post Production Video Director

About You

• 3+ years as a Senior Video Editor in an agency, in-house or post-production studio
• A fully comprehensive knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Working knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite
• Colour grade using Lumetri or Resolve (Resolve experience is not necessary but a bonus)
• Strong attention to detail, able to self QC all assets
• Knowledge of various formats and delivery specifications
• Understand various camera formats and how to work with raw footage
• Experience of the finishing process, able to work collaboratively with external sound mixing and colour grading studios.
• Flexible, pro-active, and highly organised
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diplomatic and proactive approach
• Mentor, advise and help guide more junior members of the team
• Able to deal with changing deadlines and priorities
• Be driven to push the boundaries of creative editing
