The Role:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality documentation with an understanding of its key role in a successful tech company.

You will be part of the Product Enablement Technical Writing team within Product Management, focused on helping customers make the best use of Marigold's product capabilities through video content and documentation. You will contribute to user and technical documentation aligned with business priorities.

As part of the product enablement team, you will aim to create valuable user content, facilitate content discovery, drive adoption, and measure success. You will support the adoption of new tools and processes as the team evolves.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop a deep understanding of portfolio capabilities and new releases
• Research and collaborate with target audiences
• Gather user and technical user information
• Create clear, concise materials, including visuals, to guide users through tasks with defined outcomes
• Ensure layout design, consistency, editing, and proofreading meet Marigold standards
• Update, revise, and rewrite existing materials
• Stay updated with best practices in documentation

Ideal Qualifications:

• 2+ years of technical writing experience in B2B software
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
• Preference for collaboration and continuous improvement
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across teams
• Tenacity to understand subject matter from various sources

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Marigold capabilities
• Familiarity with Madcap Flare or similar tools
• Experience in digital marketing and MarTech
