We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
- Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis (systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, external control analyses, surrogacy analyses) and economic model development and supporting studies (utility modeling/mapping, expert elicitation)
- Understands the strengths and limitations of different approaches and proposes tailored solutions for specific research questions
- Can clearly explain study rationale, methods, results, and strategies to project teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Aligns business and team development goals, proactively identifies new business opportunities
- Collaborates across business units on strategy and execution
What you can expect day to day:
- Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance
- Developing recommendations, communicating risks and opportunities, making final decisions
- Reviewing and signing off on deliverables (protocols, analysis plans, models, reports, slides)
- Managing client relationships, setting expectations, problem-solving
- Leading team development, mentoring, fostering open feedback and career growth
- Contributing to resource planning and strategic discussions
- Developing operational processes (onboarding, training, templates)
- Supporting effective communication, conflict resolution, morale boosting
- Providing methodological input and approval on proposals and presentations
- Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business
- Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
- Travel may be required domestically and internationally, including overnight stays
Requisite experience and qualifications:
- 15+ years’ experience in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership, with proven success
- Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, biology, biochemistry, or related field
- Experience leading research teams with direct and indirect reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
