We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remotely or out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
- Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis (systematic reviews, indirect comparisons, external control analyses, surrogacy analyses) and economic model development
- Understands the strengths and limitations of various approaches and proposes tailored solutions
- Can clearly explain study rationale, methods, results, and strategy to teams and stakeholders
- Aligns business and team goals, and proactively identifies new business opportunities
- Collaborates across business units on strategy and execution
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance
- Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
- Reviewing and approving deliverables
- Managing client relationships and expectations
- Leading team development and mentorship
- Participating in resource planning and strategic discussions
- Developing operational processes
- Facilitating communication within teams and resolving conflicts
- Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals and presentations
- Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business opportunities
- Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
- Travel may be required, domestically and internationally
Qualifications and experience:
- 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership with proven success
- Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, biology, biochemistry, or related field
- Experience leading research teams with direct and indirect reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
