We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
• Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis (systematic reviews, indirect comparisons, external control analyses, surrogacy analyses) and economic model development
• Understands the strengths and limitations of various approaches and proposes tailored solutions
• Can clearly explain study rationale, methods, results, and strategy to teams and stakeholders
• Aligns business and team goals, and proactively identifies new business opportunities
• Collaborates across business units on strategy and execution

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance
• Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
• Reviewing and approving deliverables
• Managing client relationships and expectations
• Leading team development and mentorship
• Participating in resource planning and strategic discussions
• Developing operational processes
• Facilitating communication within teams and resolving conflicts
• Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals and presentations
• Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business opportunities
• Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
• Travel may be required, domestically and internationally

Qualifications and experience:

• 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership with proven success
• Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, biology, biochemistry, or related field
• Experience leading research teams with direct and indirect reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
