We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
- Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development, including utility modelling/mapping and expert elicitation studies
- Understands the strengths and limitations of different approaches and proposes tailored solutions
- Can clearly explain study rationale, methods, and results to teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Aligns business and team development goals, proactively identifies new opportunities
- Collaborates across units on strategy and execution
What you can expect day to day:
- Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance
- Developing recommendations, communicating risks and opportunities, making final decisions
- Reviewing and signing off on deliverables
- Owning client relationships, managing expectations, and problem-solving
- Leading team development, mentoring, fostering a positive culture
- Participating in strategic planning and resource discussions
- Supporting team communication, resolving conflicts, boosting morale
- Providing methodological input, signing off on proposals and presentations
- Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business
- Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
- Travel may be required, domestically or internationally
Requisite experience and qualifications:
- 15+ years’ experience in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership with proven success
- Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related sciences
- Experience leading research teams of both direct and indirect reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
