• Has expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
• Experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
• Can propose solutions tailored to research questions
• Can explain study rationale, methods, and results clearly
• Aligns business and team goals, identifies new opportunities
• Collaborates across units on strategy and execution

Day-to-day expectations:

• Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
• Developing recommendations, communicating risks, making final decisions
• Reviewing and signing off on deliverables
• Managing client relationships and expectations
• Leading team development and mentoring
• Participating in strategic planning and resource discussions
• Supporting process development for the research team
• Facilitating effective communication and morale
• Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals
• Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business
• Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
• Travel may be required

Requisite experience and qualifications:

• 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership
• Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related sciences
• Experience leading research teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
