We are looking for someone who:

• Has expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, evidenced by relevant publications
• Oversees evidence synthesis and economic model development
• Proposes solutions tailored to research questions
• Communicates effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Aligns business goals and identifies new opportunities

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Leading projects, ensuring quality and timelines
• Developing recommendations and managing client expectations
• Reviewing deliverables and owning client relationships
• Mentoring staff and fostering team development
• Strategic planning and process development
• Travel may be required

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, or leadership
• Master’s degree in health economics, public health, or related field
• Experience leading research teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
