We are looking for someone who:

• Has expertise in pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by publications
• Experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
• Understanding of research approaches and ability to propose solutions
• Ability to explain methods and results clearly
• Aligns business and team goals, identifies new opportunities
• Collaborates across units

Daily responsibilities include:

• Leading projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
• Developing recommendations, managing risks, making final decisions
• Reviewing deliverables, managing client relationships
• Leading team development, mentoring, fostering feedback culture
• Strategic planning and resource management
• Process development, internal communication, conflict resolution
• Contributing to proposals, establishing client partnerships
• Growth opportunities and hiring recommendations
• Travel may be required

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, or leadership
• Master’s in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, or related field
• Experience managing research teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
