Senior Vehicle Technician
£35,123 basic with £46k+ OTE
Sittingbourne
Permanent/Full Time – 45 hour working week

Our client, located in Sittingbourne, is on the search for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their busy team!

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Providing technical and diagnostic service, ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded.
2. Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and ensuring compliance with manufacturer training.
3. Upholding company and manufacturer quality standards.
4. Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
5. Communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams.
6. Delivering good customer service, that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.

Your Background & Skill:

1. Experience in inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles.
2. MOT Testing qualification is very advantageous.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Experience working in a dealership is preferred but not essential.
5. Full UK Driving Licence.
