Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage accurately and prepare comprehensive repair estimates.
• Coordinate repair operations with the workshop team for timely completion.
• Engage with insurers, customers and suppliers throughout the repair process.
• Manage supplementary repair authorisations and cost negotiations.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
