What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Conduct comprehensive residential property valuations in accordance with RICS standards.
• Prepare detailed reports for clients, including mortgage lenders, investors, and developers.
• Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on property values and market trends.
• Stay up to date with changes in legislation, market conditions, and valuation techniques.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• MRICS or FRICS 5 years PQE.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial valuations.
• Excellent report writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site inspections when required.
• Proficient in using valuation software and technology.
