Celonis seeks a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI-driven transformation for public sector clients in a security-cleared capacity. You will shape end-to-end value journeys, balancing technical delivery with consulting and program management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ownership of complex workstreams, processes and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• Solid background in enterprise IT and business software; use of AI copilots to generate outputs and automations.
• Builder mentality with ability to set direction within an account team.
• Proven expertise in executing process improvements and value realization.
• Flawless English communication with executive presence; experience orchestrating multi-region programs.
• Deep understanding of Finance/Supply Chain and Public Sector trends.

Responsabilités

• Value Selling & Realization: uncover issues, craft the value story, and lead ROI workshops.
• Stakeholder Management: secure executive sponsorship and co-own change management.
• Program Management: steer multi-workstream transformations and AI-driven account planning.
• Platform & AI Fluency: act as AI-friendly operator and drive platform adoption.
• Scale Value & Innovation: develop expansion roadmaps and feedback to R&D.
