Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Managing Consultant or Senior Manager in its Finance & Enterprise Value practice. You will shape CFO-grade business cases, lead value conversations, and drive multi-year transformations.

The role requires proven leadership, strategic thinking, and capability to work across Capgemini’s enterprise model and strategy portfolio. You will develop client value stories, manage risk-reward structures, and guide pursuit teams to optimise ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shaping and winning £10m+ multi-year, multi-tower transformations.
• Leadership of teams with 6–8 years minimum experience.
• Strong ability to shape CFO-grade business cases and CFO-level value conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of client value stories for large multi-tower deals.
• Translate value into KPIs, baselines, gainshare and risk-reward structures.
• Own financial models and present board-ready investment narratives.
• Challenge deal solutions for measurable ROI and margin protection.
• Build robust client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members and support recruitment.
