Capgemini Invent is seeking a talented Managing Consultant / Senior Manager to join its Enterprise Model and Strategy team in a hybrid capacity across the UK. The role focuses on operating model and organisation design, delivering large, complex transformations, and building senior client relationships.

In this role you will lead multi‑stream projects, shape practical insights, coach teams, and contribute to business development across accounts while working within a collaborative, inclusive

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting or management experience delivering operating model and organisational design projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior management executives.
• Experience in building and leading teams to mobilise multiple projects and workstreams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to define critical business challenges.
• Proven capability to deliver hybrid, multi‑stream transformation programmes.
• Ability to win new deals and contribute to account growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, complex projects with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Develop and present practical insights based on robust evidence.
• Build long‑lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor at all levels.
• Coach and performance‑manage project teams; contribute to capability growth.
• Support growth of the Enterprise Model & Strategy team through leadership and recruitment.
• Drive strategic transformation projects and develop accounts further.
