Job summary

Bishop Fleming LLP is seeking an ambitious Valuations Senior Manager to join our Advisory team in Birmingham. You will lead valuation assignments, advise on transactions and reporting, and mentor junior staff as part of a clear pathway to Senior Manager progression.

We work with owner-managed businesses to larger corporates, delivering practical valuation advice, reports and client relationship management across the South West and Midlands. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering valuation assignments within valuation, corporate finance, transaction services or professional services environments.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Commercially minded with ability to understand client objectives and provide practical advice.
• Great people manager who develops and coaches their teams.
• Organised and able to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities.
• Motivated by business development and contributing to growth of the Advisory proposition.

Responsibilities

• Working with a range of clients to provide valuation advice that supports key business decisions.
• Leading valuation assignments and delivering clear, practical advice.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, business owners and professional advisers.
• Preparing reports and recommendations that help clients make informed decisions.
• Working closely with Partners and colleagues across the firm to deliver joined-up client solutions.
• Managing multiple assignments while maintaining a high-quality client experience.
• Coaching, developing and managing junior team members through formal and on-the-job learning and regular feedback.
• Playing a key role in the continued development of our Valuations proposition across the South West and Midlands.
