Bishop Fleming Chartered Accountants is seeking a Valuations Senior Manager to join its growing Advisory team in the UK. The role suits an experienced Senior Manager or a talented Manager ready to broaden experience, with a clear pathway to progression.

You will work with a diverse client base—from owner-managed businesses to corporates and investors—delivering valuation assignments across transactions, reporting and strategic decision-making, while developing the Valuations service line across

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CFA qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering valuation assignments in corporate finance or advisory.
• Skilled in multiple valuation methodologies and financial modelling.
• Familiar with valuations for transactions, tax planning, or financial reporting.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to drive objectives.
• Proven people management and coaching abilities.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation assignments and provide clear, practical advice.
• Develop reports and recommendations for clients.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and advisers.
• Collaborate with Partners and the Advisory team.
• Support development of the Valuations proposition across regions.
• Manage multiple assignments while delivering high-quality service.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
