Job summary

S&W, a leading UK accountancy firm, is seeking a Valuations Manager to join the Valuations and Modelling team across London, Birmingham, Newcastle and Cambridge. You will prepare valuations for accounting, tax and commercial purposes, including intangible assets and complex securities, and lead valuation assignments with autonomy.

Responsibilities include managing a team, guiding partners on business development, and defining project scope and budgets while building strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Significant valuations experience in a leading advisory firm.
• Degree level or equivalent; pursuing CFA/CA/ACCA is desirable.
• Experience managing a team of valuers.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation assignments and autonomously perform analysis, execution and reporting.
• Proactively manage teams and align with clients' expectations.
• Assist partners with business development and proposals for new work.
• Establish scope, budgets and communicate to stakeholders.
• Supervise workload and performance of the valuation team.
• Network to identify new opportunities and deliver value.
