Job summary

Bishop Fleming LLP in the UK is seeking an ambitious Valuations professional to join our growing Advisory team as a Senior Manager or a talented Manager aiming for progression. You will work with a diverse client base, from owner‑managed businesses to larger corporates, and deliver valuation assignments across transactions, reporting and strategic decision‑making.

You will lead assignments, coach juniors, build trusted client relationships, and help develop the Valuations proposition across the

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CFA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience delivering valuation assignments in valuation, corporate finance, transaction services, or professional services.
• Ability to apply valuation methodologies and financial modelling across scenarios.
• Familiar with valuations for transactions, tax planning, financial reporting or shareholder purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide valuation advice to support key business decisions.
• Lead valuation assignments and deliver practical guidance.
• Build trusted client relationships with owners and advisers.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to inform decisions.
