Job summary

Bishop Fleming is seeking a Valuations Senior Manager to join its growing Advisory team in the Midlands/South West corridor. You will lead valuation assignments, work with Corporate Finance Partners, and build strong client relationships while coaching junior staff and shaping the Valuations service line.

The role offers hybrid working, a clear progression path to Senior Manager, and exposure to diverse client groups from owner-managed businesses to large corporates.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CFA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering valuation assignments in valuation, corporate finance, transaction services or professional services.
• Able to apply a range of valuation methodologies and financial modelling techniques across different business scenarios.
• Familiar with valuation work undertaken for transactions, tax planning, financial reporting or shareholder purposes.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand client objectives and provide practical advice.
• A great people manager who enjoys developing and coaching their teams.
• Organised and able to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Providing valuation advice that supports key business decisions.
• Leading valuation assignments and delivering clear, practical advice.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, business owners and professional advisers.
• Preparing reports and recommendations to help clients make informed decisions.
• Working with Partners and colleagues to deliver joined-up client solutions.
• Managing multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality client experience.
• Coaching, developing and managing junior team members.
• Contributing to development of the Valuations proposition across the South West and Midlands.
